Bahri and Bollore announce joint venture BahriBollore Logistics in Riyadh
September 27, 2017: International freight forwarding company, Bollore Group and Bahri, a global leader in transportation and logistics have formed a joint venture company BahriBollore Logistics.
September 27, 2017: International freight forwarding company, Bollore Group and Bahri, a global leader in transportation and logistics have formed a joint venture company BahriBollore Logistics. The official inauguration of the new company took place in Riyad.
Headquartered in Riyadh, KSA, BahriBolloré Logistics will provide end-to-end logistics and supply chain management solutions to local and international firms operating in Saudi Arabia.
Bahri owns a 60-percent stake in the joint venture, while Bollore will hold the remaining 40 percent.
To mark the occasion, BahriBollore Logistics hosted the ceremony in the presence of Abdulrahman M Al-Mofadhi, chairman, Bahri, along with Cyrille Bollore, chairman, Bollore Transport & Logistics, Eric Giraud-Telme, Deputy Head of Mission, French Embassy. , Saudi Arabia, and other senior representatives from both the companies, the diplomatic and military corps, among others.
