Mark Drusch of Qatar Airways Cargo explains nine reasons why air cargo needs to modernize

At the air cargo China and transport logistic China exhibition and conference in Shanghai STAT Media Group invited Mark Drusch, Chief Officer Cargo, Qatar Airways to deliver a keynote on the first day of the 3-day event that was taking place after a gap of 6 years because of the pandemic.

Drusch, a very senior aviation professional with several years of experience in the passenger business, is transforming the cargo business at the world's biggest cargo carrier. He is using lessons he has learnt from the passenger side of the airline business and implementing some of them with the help of digital technology to make air cargo business more efficient and competitive.
