Kenya Airways plans to launch Hargeisa flights on hold
Kenya Airways in a release has stated that it has kept on hold the launch flights to Hargeisa, Somaliland from Nairobi.
May 13, 2021: Kenya Airways in a release has stated that it has kept on hold the launch flights to Hargeisa, Somaliland from Nairobi. The move is due to pending requisite clearance and approvals.
The carrier has resumed domestic passenger flights with two daily flights to Mombasa and one daily to Kisumu from May 2.
Last week, the airline has suspended all the flights to and from Mumbai, India until further notice. The last flight arrived from Mumbai on May 1. However, Kenya Airways Cargo operations will continue in order to facilitate delivery of emergency supplies including pharmaceuticals and medical equipment to Kenya and across Africa.
