Airlink, Kenya Airways sign interline agreement

Airlink and Kenya Airways have signed an interline agreement that will extend both airlines reach in the Southern Africa region via Johannesburg and Cape Town as well as via Nairobi.

Airlink and Kenya Airways partnership is expected to play a significant role economically, improving trade exchange and spurring tourism across the continent.

May 11, 2021: Airlink and Kenya Airways have signed an interline agreement that will extend both airlines reach in the Southern Africa region via Johannesburg and Cape Town as well as via Nairobi, as per ATC News. The new agreement will offer customers seamless travel of over 40 cities across Africa.

Under this latest agreement, Kenya Airways customers flying to South Africa will be able to connect to Windhoek, Durban, Gaborone, Maseru, Pemba, Maputo and Port Elizabeth among others. It will also enable Airlink passengers to book a through ticket to Nairobi and connect Entebbe, Kigali, Dar es Salaam, Bujumbura, and Kinshasa.

The new partnership is also expected to play a significant role economically, improving trade exchange and spurring tourism across the continent.
