Aug 25, 2018: Air Seychelles has announced that it will increase the frequency of its services between Seychelles and Johannesburg during the festive season to accommodate the growing demand.
The additional services to be operated by the Airbus A320 aircraft on Mondays’ and Fridays’ during the peak holiday period between December and April, will provide an additional 544 seats per week.
Charles Johnson, CCO, Air Seychelles, said, “The South African market has enormous potential for the national airline and we are committed to offering our travellers more choice when booking their travel during the upcoming winter season and Easter period.”
With this new Monday flight, Air Seychelles will now offer daily service to Johannesburg in December, and an exciting new Friday evening departure from Mahe, allowing for a faster start for those planning a quick weekend getaway or a longer stay for their hard-earned holiday.
The schedule for the additional flights during Christmas and New Year starts from December 10, 2018. The schedule for the additional flights during Easter starts from March 22, 2019.
